The City of Wallowa, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of Water Meter Replacement - 2025.
The Work for this Project includes, but is not limited to, system-wide water meter replacement that includes approximately 446 3/4-inch water meters, six 1-inch water meters, six 1-1/2-inch water meters, ten 2-inch water meters, one 3-inch water meter, and an advanced metering infrastructure system for water meter reading with acoustic leak detection capabilities, along with all other improvements to complete the Project as specified.
Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by the City of Wallowa, Oregon, at Wallowa City Hall, 104 N. Pine Street, Wallowa, Oregon 97885, until 2:00 p.m., local time, August 28, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
This Project is being funded by the City of Wallowa.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Anderson Perry & Associates, Inc., Lucas Stangel, P.E., 103 Highway 82, Suite F, Enterprise, Oregon 97828, 541-963-8309, lstangel@andersonperry.com. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., or at the other locations listed below.
