Notice is hereby given that the City of Joseph City Council will meet on Thursday, June 5, 2025, at 7:00 pm in the City of Joseph Community Center to consider the following applications.
FINDINGS: APPEAL#2025-01 of CUP#2025-01 CITY OF JOSEPH LIBRARY – submitted by Dan Larman on behalf of the City of Joseph. The request is to use the existing building for the Joseph Public Library. The subject property is described as tax lot 7700 of Assessor's Map 02S45E29CC and in the Select Residential (R-1) zone. It is more commonly known as 100 N. East St, Joseph, Oregon 97846 and consists of approximately 12,870 square feet (0.3 acres).
A copy of the application and all documents and evidence submitted by or on behalf of the applicant are available for inspection at City Hall during normal business hours at no cost. A copy of the staff report will be available for inspection at no cost at least seven days prior to the hearing. Copies will be provided upon request at reasonable cost.
For persons with disabilities that wish to attend, please call at least 48 hours before the meeting so accommodation may be made.
