NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING
A public meeting of the Budget Committee Grant County School District #4, Grant County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 will be held at the Prairie City School District Library. The meeting will take place on the 20th day of May 2025 at 4:30 PM.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and receive comment from the public on the budget.
If you are interested in attending electronically, please call 844-820-3314 and we will give you connection information.
A copy of the budget document may be inspected or obtained on or after May 1, 2025 at Grant County School District #4, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. This is a public meeting where deliberation of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and discuss the proposed programs with the Budget Committee. 474857

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Union County Board of Commissioners, meeting in regular session, Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 9:15 am, Joseph Annex Building, 1106 K Ave., La Grande, Oregon will conduct a public hearing to review the April 22, 2024 Planning Commission record and motion to recommend approval to the Board of Commission on a Zone Amendment application submitted by Union County Planning Department staff to allow Accessory Dwelling Units through a Conditional Use review process in the R-1 Rural Center Zone, R-2 Rural Residential zone, R-3 Farm Residential Zone and R-4 Forest Residential Zone.

The applicable Land Use Regulations are found in Union County Zoning, Partition & Subdivision Ordinance Section 23.06.2 and Oregon Senate Bill 644. As a property owner in the R-1 Rural Center Zone, R-2 Rural Residential Zone, R-3 Farm Residential Zone and R-4 Forest Residential Zone or within 250 feet of the subject property, you are entitled to notice of this application and may submit written testimony either in support or in opposition of the proposal. Failure to raise a specific issue with sufficient specificity at the local level precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue. The application, all information related to the proposal, and a staff report are available for review at no cost in the Planning Department office, copies can be supplied at a reasonable cost.

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities; a request for accommodations should be made at least 48 hours before the meeting by calling (541) 963-1001.
