No.: LO-53798-OR Reference is made to that certain deed made by, ROBERT ROSINSKI as Grantor to Superior Loan Servicing , as trustee, in favor of Empire J Funding, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, as Beneficiary, dated 6/4/2025, recorded 6/30/2025, in official records of Union County, Oregon in book No. XX at page No. XX, instrument No. 20251551, covering the following described real property situated in said County and State, to-wit: APN: 03S4015-BB-00200 Parcel 2 of Minor Partition No. 20100012T, filed August 23, 2010, in Plat Cabinet "D", Slides 117 and 118, and recorded as Microfilm Document No. 20102933T, Records of Union County, Oregon. Property Commonly known as: 69753 HIGHWAY 237 COVE, OR 97824 Both the beneficiary, Empire J Funding, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company and the trustee, Darren J. Devlin, Esq., OSBA 97121 have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed and notice has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.752(3) of Oregon Revised Statutes: the default for which the foreclosure is made is the grantor's: Installment of Principal and Interest plus impounds and/or advances which became due on 11/1/2025 plus late charges, and all subsequent installments of principal, interest, balloon payments, plus impounds and/or advances and late charges that become payable. Monthly Payment $5,919.34 By this reason of said default the beneficiary has declared all obligations secured by said deed of trust immediately due and payable, said sums being the following, to-wit: The sum of $308,969.64 together with interest thereon at the rate of 22.99 % per annum from 10/1/2025 until paid; plus all accrued late charges thereon; and all trustee's fees, foreclosure costs and any sums advanced by the beneficiary pursuant to the terms of said deed of trust.
