File No. 22-00217OR Reference is made to that certain deed of trust made by Gerald Hudson and Janice Hudson, as grantor, to Unisource Information Services, as trustee, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for Network Capital Funding Corporation, a Nevada Corporation, its successors and assigns, as beneficiary, dated November 22, 2013, recorded December 5, 2013, in the records of Union County, Oregon, under instrument No. 20134188, and subsequently assigned or transferred by operation of law to Freedom Mortgage Corporation, covering the following described real property situated in the above-mentioned county and state: The South one-half of North one-half of Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 8, in Township 1 South, Range 38 East of the Willamette Meridian, in Union County, Oregon; Also, a non-exclusive easement for roadway over and across and along the East 40 feet of the North one-half of Southeast quarter of Northeast quarter and the East 40 feet of the South 20 feet of the South one-half of Northeast quarter of Northeast quarter of said Section 8. APN: 01S3800-00-03001 Commonly known as: 61975 Dial Ln., Summerville, OR 97876 The undersigned hereby certifies that based upon business records there are no known written assignments of the trust deed by the trustee or by the beneficiary and no appointments of a successor trustee have been made, except as recorded in the records of the county or counties in which the above described real property is situated. Further, no action has been instituted to recover the debt, or any part thereof, now remaining secured by the trust deed, or, if such action has been instituted, such action has been dismissed except as permitted by ORS 86.752(7). Both the beneficiary and the trustee have elected to sell the said real property to satisfy the obligations secured by said trust deed and notice has been recorded pursuant to Section 86.752(3) of Oregon Revised Statutes.
