EUGENE AND RESIDENCE STREETS IMPROVEMENTS - 2025

The City of Enterprise, Oregon, invites Bids for the construction of Eugene and Residence Streets Improvements - 2025.

The Work for this Project includes full reconstruction of S.E. Eugene and Residence Streets with approximately 1,300 linear feet of new curb and gutter. The approximate area of reconstructed roadway will be 1,450 square yards and will be reconstructed with 3 inches of asphalt concrete pavement over 6 inches of base rock. The Work will begin at the 1st Street and S.E. Eugene Street intersection and extend to the Residence Street and Fairview Street intersection. In addition to the roadway improvements, the Project includes the installation of two catch basins that will connect to the existing stormwater system near the 1st Street and S.E. Eugene Street intersection.

Sealed Bids for the described Project will be received by the City of Enterprise, Oregon, at the office of Lacey McQuead, City Administrator at 102 E. North Street, Oregon 97828, until 2:00 p.m., local time, Thursday, June 5, 2025, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.

This Project is being funded in part through the Oregon Department of Transportation Small City Allotment.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
