Morrow County is requesting sealed quotes from qualified suppliers to furnish ACP Level 3 Hot Mix Asphalt for use by the Morrow County Public Works Department.
The material shall meet current Oregon Department of Transportation (ODOT) Standard Specifications, Section 00744, and be available for pickup at the supplier's plant.
