The Planning Commission will conduct the following hearings:

- SUB26-01: Land Division Request to subdivide 728.07 acres, creating 36 lots / 40 residential lots off SW Kirk Avenue (Extension) and SW 44th Street within the R-1 zone. The subdivision will include single-unit housing with option of Middle Housing. New rights-of-way are proposed with this application. The property can be specifically identified on Assessor Maps 2N320000 01000.

- RP26-01: Land Division Request to replat 0.92 acres, creating 3 lots / 3 rental units off SW Hailey Avenue between SW 9th and SW 10th Street within the R-2 zone. The replat will include single-unit rental housing with option of Middle Housing. The property can be specifically identified on Assessor Maps 2N3210DB 11800.
