The City of Umatilla is requesting proposals from qualified catering vendors to provide backstage catering and hospitality services for the 2026 Rock the Locks Music Festival, taking place September 25–27, 2026, at Big River Golf Course in Umatilla, Oregon. Services will include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night meals for artists, production crews, staff, and festival personnel during five total service days beginning September 23, 2026. Vendors must demonstrate experience with large-scale events and provide staffing, equipment, food service operations, and dietary accommodations.
