INVITATION TO BID

Sealed bids for the Byers Well Improvement Project will be received by the City of Pendleton c/o Jeff Brown, Public Works Director, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801 until 2:00 pm local time on the 12th day of March, 2026, plainly marked "Byers Well Improvement Project". All bid documents shall be submitted in hard copy. Electronic or e-mailed submissions shall be rejected. Bids submitted after the above-specified date and time shall not be opened.

Public bid opening will be available via Teams or at the Community Development Department at City Hall, same address as above, at 2:00 pm local time, Thursday, March 12, 2026. Contact the Community Development Department at (541) 966-0203 or
keri.standley@pendletonor.gov, (541) 966-0240, for the Teams link.

Bid documents may be obtained for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 from the Community Development Department located at the same address as above or by calling (541) 966-0203. A copy is als o availab le onlin e o n th e OregonBuy s website:
https://oregonbuys.gov/bso/view/login/login.xhtml. For the nearest location of a review copy, also contact the Community Development Department. Bid documents will be available until 5:00 pm March 6, 2026.

The Housing Authority's hours of operation are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday. In addition, a Public Hearing will be held on Friday, January 26th, 2024 at 9:00 am at the Northeast Oregon Housing Authority Community Room located at 2608 May Lane, La Grande, OR 97850.

Copies of the Agency Plan will also be available online at www.neoha.org. Copies of Northeast Oregon Housing Authority revised policies are available at the Housing Authority Office. Written comments will be accepted at Northeast Oregon Housing Authority office and discussed at the Public Hearing on the above date.
