REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: FOR MANAGING DIRECTOR SERVICES

Morrow County Clean Water Consortium (Consortium) is an ORS 190 public entity that was created through a partnership between Morrow County and the Port of Morrow to address the groundwater nitrate contamination issue. The Consortium is requesting Proposals from a qualified professional, or firm, to act as the Managing Director for the Consortium. Interested parties should submit a proposal that includes all the information described in this RFP.

Contact Matt Jensen, Consortium Managing Director, for information regarding this process by email at mjensen@morrowcountyor.gov. If proposers have questions regarding this solicitation, questions shall be submitted in writing to Mr. Jensen. The full RFP and responses will be issued by RFP amendment and posted on the County and Port websites at:

It will be available December 12th, 2023 for review at the Housing Authority's office at 2608 May Lane, La Grande, Oregon. The Housing Authority's hours of operation are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday. In addition, a Public Hearing will be held on Friday, January 26th, 2024 at 9:00 am at the Northeast Oregon Housing Authority Community Room located at 2608 May Lane, La Grande, OR 97850.

Copies of the Agency Plan will also be available online at www.neoha.org. Copies of Northeast Oregon Housing Authority revised policies are available at the Housing Authority Office. Written comments will be accepted at Northeast Oregon Housing Authority office and discussed at the Public Hearing on the above date.
