DISTRICT

Notice is hereby given that East Improvement District ("EID") will hold a regular meeting of the Board of Directors on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:00 am at the offices of IRZ Engineering Consultants located at 500 N. 1st, Hermiston, Oregon and by video conferencing. Contact David M. Blanc prior to the meeting for instructions on how to attend via video conferencing by calling (541) 215-4810 or by email at dblanc@blancfirm.com.

The Board may go into executive session to consider information subject to the attorney-client privilege and exempt by law – ORS 192.660(2)(f) or for the purpose of conducting deliberations with persons designated to negotiate real property transactions – ORS 192.660(2)(e).

Agenda items include: Review of Financials, Operations Report, Legal Update, and Water Rights Manager Update.

The Housing Authority's hours of operation are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday. In addition, a Public Hearing will be held on Friday, January 26th, 2024 at 9:00 am at the Northeast Oregon Housing Authority Community Room located at 2608 May Lane, La Grande, OR 97850.

Copies of the Agency Plan will also be available online at www.neoha.org. Copies of Northeast Oregon Housing Authority revised policies are available at the Housing Authority Office. Written comments will be accepted at Northeast Oregon Housing Authority office and discussed at the Public Hearing on the above date.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the Union County Board of Commissioners, meeting in regular session, Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 9:15 am, Joseph Annex Building, 1106 K Ave., La Grande, Oregon will conduct a public hearing to review the April 22, 2024 Planning Commission record and motion to recommend approval to the Board of Commission on a Zone Amendment application submitted by Union County Planning Department staff to allow Accessory Dwelling Units through a Conditional Use review process in the R-1 Rural Center Zone, R-2 Rural Residential zone, R-3 Farm Residential Zone and R-4 Forest Residential Zone.

The applicable Land Use Regulations are found in Union County Zoning, Partition & Subdivision Ordinance Section 23.06.2 and Oregon Senate Bill 644. As a property owner in the R-1 Rural Center Zone, R-2 Rural Residential Zone, R-3 Farm Residential Zone and R-4 Forest Residential Zone or within 250 feet of the subject property, you are entitled to notice of this application and may submit written testimony either in support or in opposition of the proposal. Failure to raise a specific issue with sufficient specificity at the local level precludes appeal to LUBA based on that issue. The application, all information related to the proposal, and a staff report are available for review at no cost in the Planning Department office, copies can be supplied at a reasonable cost.
