Notice is hereby given that East Improvement District ("EID") will hold its annual meeting of the Members on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 7:00 a.m. at the offices of IRZ Engineering Consultants located at 500 N. 1st, Hermiston, Oregon and by video conferencing.
