MORROW COUNTY LAND USE HEARING
THE MORROW COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold the following hearing of public interest on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Bartholomew Building at 110 N Court St, Heppner, OR 97836. For information on meeting participation via Zoom, please visit the Planning Department website https://www.morrowcountyor.gov/pc and click on Agenda, and the Zoom link will be located within the agenda dated for this hearing.
Legislative Code Updates: AZ-159-25, Zoning Ordinance Amendme

Zoning Code update to implement new Oregon Administrative Rules for lands zoned Exclusive Farm Use and Forest Use. The update will also include other minor code amendments to the Morrow County Zoning Ordinance Article 1. Definitions and Section 3.100 Flood Hazard Overlay Zone. Criteria for approval are provided in MCZO Article 8 Amendments.
