Notice is given of the following matters: (a) Bonnie J. Burke has been appointed as the Personal Representative of the above estate. (b) Any person or entity having claims against the estate are required to present them to the undersigned Personal Representative, in the care of the attorney designated below at: 1 SW Columbia St., Ste. 900, Portland, Oregon, 97204 within four months after the date of publication of this notice, as stated below, or such claims may be barred.
