Qualification Based Selection
City of Pendleton invites qualified proposers to submit written sealed proposals to enter a selection process to enter into a contract for Janitorial Services at the Wastewater Treatment/Resource Recovery Facility (WWT/RRF), the Public Works Shop (PWS) and the Water Filtration Facility (WFF). All communications regarding this proposal should be directed to Kyle Willman, RRF Superintendent by phone (541) 276-3372 or by email
kyle.willman@pendletonor.gov. A mandatory pre-proposal tour of the facilities will be held July 9, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. local time at the WWT/RRF located at 4300 Houtama Road, Pendleton. Requests for additional information or clarifications must be made in writing by email to Kyle Willman no later than 2:00 pm local time, Tuesday, July 22, 2025. City will issue written addenda by email and will publish notice of addenda on their website www.pendletonor.gov under Request for Proposals. Sealed proposals must be clearly marked "Janitorial Services" and shall be submitted to Jeff Brown, Public Works Director, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801 no later than 2:00 p.m. local time, July 24, 2025. A copy of the RFP document may be obtained at the Public Works Director's office at City Hall, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, OR 97801 or by calling (541) 966-0240 until 4:00 p.m. local time, Friday, July 18, 2025. The proposal document is also available online at www.pendletonor.gov under "Request for Proposals".
