Determination for
Water Right Transfer T-14094
T-14094 filed by Kresta Davis, Idaho Power Co., PO Box 70, Boise, ID 83707, proposes a change in point of diversion, an additional point of diversion and a change in place of use under Certificate 72609. The right allows the use of 0.3 cubic foot per second from Pine Creek in Sec. 17, T7S, R48E, WM, for Irrigation and Domestic Use in Sects. 8 and 9, T7S, R48E, WM. The applicant proposes to move the point of diversion to Sec. 9, T7S, R48E, WM, an additional point of diversion in Sec. 9, T7S, R48E, WM, and to change the place of within to Sects. 8 and 9, T7S, R48E, WM. The Water Resources Department proposes to approve the transfer, based on the requirements of ORS Chapter 540 and OAR 690-380-5000.
Any person may file, jointly or severally, a protest or standing statement within 30 days after the last date of newspaper publication of this notice, 07/02/25. Call (503) 986-0935 to obtain additional information. If no protests are filed, the Department will issue a final order consistent with the preliminary determination.
