QUALIFICATIONS
The City of Pendleton, Oregon, invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for professional services for Wastewater Treatment & Resource Recovery Facility (WWT/RRF) projects related to wastewater treatment infrastructure.
City applied for and received a nine-million-dollar loan from the CWSRF to complete this project. Where possible, identify and secure additional funding to enhance the RRF Upgrades Project. City staff now need to complete the design phase of the loan. This project addresses deficiencies identified in the June 2020, WWTRRF Facility Plan Update vol.1, 6.3.12 Summary of Existing WWTRRF Improvements, WWTRRF Facility Plan Update vol.2, Appendix G has an extensive list of items. The full document can be found on the city website. City contracted with Anderson Perry (AP) to design 30% of the project. For all new and existing facilities since 2003, the city has sole-sourced the use of only Allen Bradley standard controls, drives, PLC/MMI; and Rockwell software products via Rockwell Automation.
One original and five (5) copies of the signed qualifications packet must be received at the Public Works Office no later than 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 1, 2025. Packet shall be addressed as follows:
