A Petition for Determination of Claims of Creditors of Trust Settlor of the Surviving Settlor's Trust under the G&S Nelson Trust, dated July 17, 2018, has been filed in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Linn County, Case No. 2PB02675. The name of the Settlor of the Surviving Settlor's Trust under the G&S Nelson Trust is George E. Nelson, who died on February 4, 2025 in Albany, Linn County, Oregon. Laurie A. Nelson is the Trustee of the Surviving Settlor's Trust under the G&S Nelson Trust. The attorneys for the Trustee are Gleaves Swearingen LLP, 975 Oak Street, Suite 800, Eugene, OR 97401. All persons having claims against the Surviving Settlor's Trust under the G&S Nelson Trust Estate are required to present the same, with proper vouchers, to the Trustee, c/o Gleaves Swearingen LLP, 975 Oak Street, Suite 800, Eugene, OR 97401 within 4 months from the date of the first publication of this notice or such claims may be barred.
