General Notice
The City of Boardman, Oregon (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: South Main St and Loop Rd Improvements - 2025.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by Brandon Hammond, City Manager, at Boardman City Hall located at 200 City Center Circle, Boardman, Oregon 97818, until Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of approximately 2,800 linear feet (LF) of roadway along South Main Street, construction of approximately 3,400 LF of new roadway, 59,200 square feet of sidewalk, and 10,100 LF of curb and gutter; storm drainage improvements; domestic water main improvements; sewer line improvements; and parking improvements, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as specified and as shown on the Drawings.
The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
The Project has an expected duration of 210 calendar days.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents

The Bidding Documents will be available for download after March 12, 2025. No paper sets will be provided for bidding purposes.
