INVITATION TO BID
Sealed bids for Flex Hangar 3 Project will be received by the City of Pendleton c/o Tim Simons, Community Development Director, 500 SW Dorion Avenue, Pendleton, Oregon, 97801 until 2:00 pm local time Thursday, April 3, 2025, plainly marked "Flex Hangar 3 Project". All bidders must be prequalified and all prequalifications must be submitted to the City by 1:00 pm the day before the bid opening. Public bid opening will be available via Microsoft Teams or at the Community Development Department at City Hall, same address as above, at 2:00 pm local time, April 3, 2025. Contact the Community Development Department at 541-966-0203 or Keri Standley, keri.standley@pendletonor.gov, 541-966-0240, for the Teams link. A copy of the proposal documents may be obtained until 5:00 pm, April 2, 2025, for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 from the Community Development Director's office or by calling (541) 966-0203.
