DOWNTOWN MARKETING SERVICES
The City of Baker City is now accepting proposals from firms specializing and providing a range of marketing services for Baker City Downtown, including but not limited to market research and analysis, digital and social media marketing and management, and website management. Proposals must be sent via email and received by 5 p.m. PST, August 26, 2026. The timestamp received via email will be the official time. Proposals received after this deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable. The RFP packet may be obtained from the City's Website at: https://www.bakercity.com.
