NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on proposed Ordinance No. 2026-03: In the Matter of PA-26-066 to Amend the Mineral & Aggregate Inventory of the Baker County Comprehensive Plan; Ordinance No. 2026-04: In the Matter of PA-26-075 to Amend the Mineral & Aggregate Inventory of the Baker County Comprehensive Plan and Ordinance No. 2026-05: In the Matter of PA-26-076 to Amend the Mineral & Aggregate Inventory of the Baker County Comprehensive Plan. A draft copy of the Ordinances can be found on the County website www.bakercountyor.gov under the "What's New" tab. The Baker County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing of the Ordinances on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the Baker County Courthouse, located at 1995 Third Street, Baker City, Oregon 97814.
