You are hereby required to appear and defend the AMENDED COMPLAINT - QUIET TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY AND REFORM INSTRUMENT (Pursuant to ORS 105.615 and for Declaratory Relief) filed against you in the above entitled action within thirty (30) days from the date this Summons is first published, and in case of your failure to do so, for want thereof, Plaintiff will apply to the court for the relief demanded in the Amended Complaint.

SUMMARY OF RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT
The object of the Amended Complaint is to quiet title of real property in the County of Baker, State of Oregon, described as THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 23, TOWNSHIP 11 SOUTH, RANGE 45 EAST OF THE WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN, IN THE COUNTY OF BAKER AND STATE OF OREGON; Baker County Assessor's Reference No. 9791; TL 2700 of Map 11S45.
Plaintiff alleges that pursuant to ORS 105.615, and ORS 105.620, Plaintiff has acquired title to said real property by adverse possession because Plaintiff or Plaintiff's predecessors in interest have been in possession of the said real property exclusive of all other persons or co-tenants, for an uninterrupted period of twenty (20) years or more, and has paid all taxes assessed against such real property while in possession.
