NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the proposed Ordinance No. 2025-02 In the Matter of an Ordinance Restricting Camping on County-Owned Public Property. A draft copy of the Ordinance can be found on the County website www.bakercountyor.gov under the "What's New" tab. The Baker County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing of the Ordinance on Wednesday, March 19, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the Baker County Courthouse, located at 1995 Third Street, Baker City, Oregon 97814. For more information or to submit written testimony, please contact the Baker County Commissioners' Office: 541-523-8200, hmartin@bakercountyor.gov, 1995 Third St., Baker City, OR 97814. All written testimony must be received by 4:00 p.m. on March 18, 2025.
