COMMITTEE MEETING

PUBLIC MEETINGS OF THE BUDGET COMMITTEE OF BAKER COUNTY, STATE OF OREGON, TO DISCUSS ELECTED OFFICIAL'S SALARY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR JULY 1, 2024, TO JUNE 30, 2025, WILL BE HELD VIA ZOOM WEB CONFERENCING FOR THE PUBLIC WITH THE BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING AT THE BAKER COUNTY COURTHOUSE FIRST FLOOR COURTROOM 1995 THIRD STREET, BAKER CITY, OREGON. THE MEETING WILL TAKE PLACE ON DECEMBER 3, 2024, BEGINNING AT 5:30 P.M. ZOOM CONFERENCING INFORMATION WILL BE PUBLISHED ON THE BAKER COUNTY WEB SITE AT WWW.BAKERCOUNTYOR.GOV.

THIS IS A PUBLIC MEETING WHERE THE DELIBERATION OF THE BUDGET COMMITTEE WILL TAKE PLACE. A COPY OF THE BUDGET DOCUMENT MAY BE INSPECTED OR OBTAINED AT THE BAKER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OFFICE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 AM AND 4:00 PM.

ANY PERSON MAY JOIN THIS MEETING VIA ZOOM OR IN PERSON. PUBLIC TESTIMONY WILL BE TAKEN AT THE END OF THE MEETING. WRITTEN TESTIMONY OR QUESTIONS CAN ALSO BE SUBMTTED BY EMAIL TO HEIDI MARTIN (hmartin@bakercountyor.gov) IN ADVANCE AND MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO 8AM DECEMBER 3, 2024.

You have the right to be represented by a lawyer. If you wish to be represented by a lawyer, please retain one as soon as possible to represent you in this proceeding. If you meet the state's financial guidelines, you are entitled to have a lawyer appointed for you at state expense.
