General Notice
The City of Boardman, Oregon (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: N.E. Front Street Improvements.
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received by Brandon Hammond, City Manager, at Boardman City Hall located at 200 City Center Circle, Boardman, Oregon 97818, until Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
The Project includes the following Work: Reconstruction of approximately 4,360 linear feet (LF) of roadway along N.E. Front Street, N.E. 3rd Street, and N.E. 4th Street; construction of approximately 2,030 LF of new roadway extensions for N.E. 3rd Street, N.E. 4th Street, and N.E. Boardman Avenue; construction of approximately 900 LF of alleyway, 28,500 square feet of sidewalk, and 7,700 LF of curb and gutter; storm drainage improvements including installation of drywells, catch basins, and approximately 760 LF of storm drainpipe; domestic water main improvements including installation of approximately 2,000 LF of 8-inch polyvinyl chloride domestic water line; installation of utility stub-outs for future developments; street lighting improvements along N.E. Front Street and N. Main Street; and parking improvements, together with all other Work required to complete the Project as specified and as shown on the Drawings.
The Contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
The Project has an expected duration of 240 calendar days.
Obtaining the Bidding Documents
Bidding Documents are available at http://www.andersonperry.com under the Bid Docs link. The digital Bidding Documents may be downloaded for a non-refundable payment of $30.00 by inputting QuestCDN eBidDoc Number 10085934 on the website. Assistance with free QuestCDN membership registration, document downloading, and working with the digital Project information may be obtained at QuestCDN.com, at 952-233-1632, or via e-mail at info@questcdn.com. The Bidding Documents will be available for download after March 6, 2026. No paper sets will be provided for bidding purposes.
Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a planholder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.
